Try it before you buy it

Every new account gets 10 free chats, no card required. They exist so you can find out whether GIMPBot handles your kind of work before spending anything. Please use them.

Refunds

If a pack is not what you expected, email hello@gimpbot.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the unused portion. We calculate it from credits remaining, so chats you have already had are not refunded.

If the service was broken, or charged you for something that did not work, tell us and we will refund the whole thing regardless of how much you used. That is a bug on our side, not a purchase you regret.

UK and EU customers

You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because credits are usable immediately, starting to use them within that period is treated as asking us to begin supply, and the remainder is refunded pro rata as above. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page.

Expiry

Credits expire 24 months after purchase. In practice we would rather you used them: if a pack lapses and you come back, email us and we will restore it once.

How to ask

Email hello@gimpbot.com from the address on the account. There is no form and no process. Refunds are issued through Polar, who processed the payment, and reach you by the same method you paid with.
